Turf Package

Backyard turf package

 

All customers selecting the option for a turf backyard will receive the following:

 

1.  400 sq. ft of installed turf.  Turf comes in a 15’ wide roll and can be installed as in a horizontal install or can have up to 1 seam if customer requests in square design.  All 400 sq. ft will be installed.

2. A concrete curb (border) or paver edging border will be installed around the perimeter of the turf area as a divider

3.    Installation of ¾ “ South Mesa  ( Basic Package gravel) will be installed around the perimeter of the curb and on each set back of the home up to fence returns / gate.

 

Note:  Irrigation and Vegetation are not included in this package and will be an additional charge to the customer at their request.
